Koa Gudelunas founded Vital Signs Research Group after more than a decade in clinical research, driven by a passion for advancing medical technology through high-quality, personalized testing. He holds a B.S. in Neuroscience and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and brings deep expertise in physiology, regulatory standards, and study design.

With a commitment to precision and innovation, Koa leads the team in helping clients develop safe, effective, and FDA-ready medical devices.

Sierra Poe, RN is a registered nurse with over 9 years of clinical experience and a strong focus on quality improvement. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco. Sierra brings a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to healthcare and research.

Gabriela is a registered nurse with a B.A. in Women’s and Gender Studies and Chicano & Latino Studies from Sonoma State University and an MSN from the University of San Francisco. She brings 7 years of healthcare experience and a commitment to inclusive, patient-focused care.

Braeden is a registered nurse with over 5 years of experience in healthcare and clinical research. He holds a B.S. in Biology with minors in Neuroscience and Health Sciences, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing, both from the University of San Francisco. Braeden brings a strong scientific foundation and a research-informed approach to patient care.
