Koa Gudelunas founded Vital Signs Research Group after more than a decade in clinical research, driven by a passion for advancing medical technology through high-quality, personalized testing. He holds a B.S. in Neuroscience and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and brings deep expertise in physiology, regulatory standards, and study design.
With a commitment to precision and innovation, Koa leads the team in helping clients develop safe, effective, and FDA-ready medical devices.

Sierra Poe, RN is a registered nurse with over 9 years of clinical experience and a strong focus on quality improvement. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco. Sierra brings a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to healthcare and research

Clinical Research Coordinator
Braeden is a registered nurse with over 5 years of experience in healthcare and clinical research. He holds a B.S. in Biology with minors in Neuroscience and Health Sciences, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing, both from the University of San Francisco. Braeden brings a research-informed approach to patient care.

Czijay is a registered nurse with a B.S. in Public Health from Hawai‘i Pacific University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco. She is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong foundation in public health and clinical practice.

Clinical Research Coordinator
Gianna is a registered nurse with over 4 years of healthcare experience. She earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco. Gianna brings strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to every aspect of care.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of California, San Diego. Sarah oversees daily study operations from start to finish. She ensures protocols are followed and compliance is maintained while establishing a cheerful and safe atmosphere.

Sammy has over a decade of experience in customer service excellence. She manages participant intake, collects data, and makes sure study protocols and procedures are followed throughout a study day.

Clinical Research Coordinator
Gabriela is a registered nurse with a B.A. in Women’s and Gender Studies and Chicano & Latino Studies from Sonoma State University and an MSN from the University of San Francisco. She brings 7 years of healthcare experience and a commitment to inclusive, patient-focused care.

Clinical Research Coordinator
Terra received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from San Luis Obispo’s California Polytechnic State University. She helps with participant intake, collecting data, and monitoring procedures and protocols.
